Trying to incorporate more seafood and their nutrients like Omega 3’s in your diet, but does the seafood case seem intimidating? This class will discuss the different varieties and harvesting methods (wild vs. farm raised) as well as guidelines to help you make sustainable choices while demonstrating different preparation methods such as roasting, sautéing, baking and “oven frying”. Exact recipes/seafood is dependent on market conditions, but may include salmon, catfish, tilapia and white fish.
