Many books center around eating and cooking and many even contain recipes to enhance the storylines.  Join Mrs. Dornberg’s book club, Read & Eat, for a lively discussion and delicious culinary journey.  This month’s book, Poor Man’s Feast: A Love Story of Comfort, Desire, and the Art of Simple Cooking, by Elissa Altman, is a tale of finding sustenance and peace in a world of excess and in authenticity, demonstrating how all our stories are inextricably bound up with how we feed ourselves and those we love. Book discussion to be led by Tammy Paskewicz and food to be demonstrated by Mrs. Dornberg.  The book is available on Amazon or through your local library.  Although it is recommended that you read the book prior to class, it is not a prerequisite.
