Wild Salmon season is in full swing, and this class will give you some great tasting, quick recipes to maximize the flavor of this nutritional powerhouse. We will discuss the types (wild/farm raised), selection, storage and cooking techniques as we demonstrate (and sample) a variety of cooking methods: roasting, poaching, packets, grinding into patties and more!
