For over 15 years, Mrs. Dornberg has provided her clients with prepared, healthy, fresh meals and catering services. She now wants to help you prepare and serve healthy, nutritious foods in your own kitchen!

The focus of these classes is on concepts, techniques and tips that will help you transform any recipe or preparation into a healthy, great tasting dish everyone will rave about! In addition, other aspects of healthy living will be covered and discussed.

Whether you’re a novice in the kitchen or you’re an experienced chef, we have something for every level. We offer different class types, covering a wide range of topics, that even those with special dietary needs can attend. We’ll get you cooking with new ideas and tips that will inspire your own creativity.

Demonstration Classes (D)

An in depth look at specific cooking topics and techniques that feature interactive and informative lessons, recipes for the food presented, and tastings of everything prepared during class.

Hands-On Classes (H)

Actively participate and practice each step of the cooking process and bring home detailed information for each recipe, valuable tips that were used, and the food that you prepared during class.

Specialty Classes (S)

Participate in classes that cover special topics, for specific interests, such as Lunch and Learn sessions, Wine and Food pairings or Boot Camp sessions.

Private Events (P)

Enjoy the cooking process and learn new cooking techniques and ideas while having fun with your group. Bring along your own kitchen gadgets for a personalized experience.


All classes require pre-registration and payment. Cash, Check and Major Credit Cards accepted. Reservations will be accepted until class fills or 48 hours before class start whichever occurs first. All classes may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling by Mrs. Dornberg’s (minimum of 48 hours in advance of class start).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment for classes is required at time of reservation. If you cancel 7 days prior to the class your payment will be refunded. After that date, a credit will be given toward another class. NO CREDIT will be given for cancellation 48 hours or less prior to a class, but you may send another person as a substitute. In the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will be happy to issue you a credit towards another class of your choosing or refund your payment.

Please let us know, in advance, if you have food allergies or sensitivities. We are not an allergy-free facility. We do use a wide variety of ingredients. All cooking items are cleaned in a sanitizing solution between uses. We try to accommodate all food needs, but you are responsible for advising us of the type and severity of your condition.
