Wild Salmon season is just around the corner and this class will give you some great tasting, quick recipes to maximize the flavor of this nutritional powerhouse. We will discuss the types (wild/farm raised), selection, storage and cooking techniques as we demonstrate (and sample) a variety of cooking methods: roasting, poaching, packets, grinding into patties and more! If you have been wanting to get more fish into your diet, this class is for you!!!
