To register by phone, please call 219-922-4534.  Participants in hands-on classes, with the exception of Young Chef and Adult-child specific classes, must be at least 16 years old for general hands-on classes and at least 18 years old for Cooking with Friends Classes (unless otherwise stated).  Specific classes may have other age restrictions as indicated in class description.

PLEASE NOTE:  THIS IS A GENERAL REGISTRATION FORM.  YOU MUST ENTER THE CLASS(ES) YOU ARE WANTING TO ATTEND.  REGISTRATION IS NOT PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY, IT WILL BE REVIEWED BY MRS. DORNBERG’S BEFORE IT IS FINAL.  IF CLASS IS FULL, YOU WILL BE PUT ON THE WAITING LIST AND WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SUCH.  NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE UNTIL THE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS.

All registrations require credit card payment information to secure your spot. Any gift certificates, discounts and/or coupons will be applied to your registration at processing. No charges will be made to your card if your certificate covers the entire fee. You will receive confirmation of your registration and the amount due prior to your card being charged. All classes require pre-registration and payment. Cash, Check and Major Credit Cards accepted. Reservations will be accepted until class fills or 48 hours before class start whichever occurs first. All classes may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling by Mrs. Dornberg’s (minimum of 48 hours in advance of class start).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment for classes or credit card information is required at time of reservation. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the class your payment will be refunded. After that date, a credit will be given toward another class (valid for one year from date of original class). NO CREDIT will be given for cancellation 72 hours or less prior to a class, but you may send another person as a substitute. If we are able to find a replacement, you will receive credit toward another class.  (In the event that you had not already made payment you will invoiced for the amount due unless we are able to get a replacement.)  In the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment and payment has already been made, we will be happy to issue you a credit towards another class of your choosing or refund your payment.

Please let us know, in advance, if you have food allergies or sensitivities. We are not an allergy-free facility. We do use a wide variety of ingredients. All cooking items are cleaned in a sanitizing solution between uses. We try to accommodate all food needs, but you are responsible for advising us of the type and severity of your condition.
