Please fill out the following form to register for any of our classes. For a list of available classes, please view the calendar. To register by phone, please call 219-922-4534. Participants in hands-on classes, with the exception of Young Chef and Adult-child specific classes, must be at least 16 years old for general hands-on classes and at least 18 years old for Cooking with Friends Classes (unless otherwise stated). Specific classes may have other age restrictions as indicated in class description.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A GENERAL REGISTRATION FORM. YOU MUST ENTER THE CLASS(ES) YOU ARE WANTING TO ATTEND. REGISTRATION IS NOT PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY, IT WILL BE REVIEWED BY MRS. DORNBERG’S BEFORE IT IS FINAL. IF CLASS IS FULL, YOU WILL BE PUT ON THE WAITING LIST AND WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SUCH. NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE UNTIL THE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS.

All classes require pre-registration and payment. Cash, Check and Major Credit Cards accepted. Reservations will be accepted until class fills or 48 hours before class start whichever occurs first. All classes may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling by Mrs. Dornberg’s (minimum of 48 hours in advance of class start).
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment for classes or credit card information is required at time of reservation. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the class your payment will be refunded. After that date, a credit will be given toward another class (valid for one year from date of original class). NO CREDIT will be given for cancellation 72 hours or less prior to a class, but you may send another person as a substitute. If we are able to find a replacement, you will receive credit toward another class. (If you had not already made payment you will invoiced for the amount due unless we are able to get a replacement.) In the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment and payment has already been made, we will be happy to issue you a credit towards another class of your choosing or refund your payment.
MEDIA RELEASE: Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience reserves the right to use and reproduce any and all photographs or videotapes taken during your participation in any activity related to Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience for the purposes of promotion, advertising and public relations. By registering for class, you consent to being photographed or videotaped. If you do not wish to be photographed or videotaped, please notify Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary experience.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By registering for a cooking class or event, I fully understand, acknowledge and accept that the class or classes I am registering to take with Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience are for the purpose of learning to cook, which involves preparing, cooking and sampling food. Given the common dangers and use of tools and cooking instruments in a kitchen, I agree to hold harmless Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience, its employees, owners, chefs, food preparers, attorneys and assigns, from any and all liability, loss, claim, demand, action or cause of action which arises or may arise or be occasioned in any way by my participation in any class, including but not limited to, slips, falls, cuts, burns, choking, food allergy reactions and other accidents and injuries that may arise from the activity of cooking and eating the food prepared in classes or events. I understand that hands-on classes will involve food preparation and handling and that I am ultimately responsible for maintaining the quality of the food I prepare, cook and eat during any class.
Please let us know, in advance, if you have food allergies or sensitivities. We are not an allergy-free facility. We do use a wide variety of ingredients. All cooking items are cleaned in a sanitizing solution between uses. We try to accommodate all food needs, but you are responsible for advising us of the type and severity of your condition.
